Experiential Workshop Based On Theatrical Games.

The seminar is tailored for individuals in managerial roles, department heads, and personnel at various levels within an organization. It caters to those tasked with collaborative efforts for the advancement of a business or department, irrespective of their hierarchical position.

Available in English and Greek

The primary objective of this program is to equip trainees, leaders and members,  with the skills necessary for teamwork. 

Organize and lead or operate within a productive team, leveraging the full potential of each member. The workshop aims to enhance communication skills and instil in team members the motivation to contribute their utmost to the collective goals fostering a spirit of cooperation.

Training Objectives:

Upon successful completion of the program, trainees will demonstrate the following competencies:

• Articulate the operational principles fundamental to an effective team.
• Discern and establish their role within the group relative to fellow members.
